The Provider agrees to offer newborn and postpartum care services as discussed and agreed with the Client. These may include, but are not limited to:
Overnight newborn care
24/7 live-in newborn support
Travel-based NCS or nanny services
Postpartum doula support
Sleep routine guidance

Services may be performed in-person, virtually, or both, depending on the arrangement.
2. SERVICE PERIOD AND HOURS
Services will begin and end according to the agreed schedule, which includes specific days, hours, and the frequency of visits. A minimum commitment per week may be required, depending on the service selected.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made directly to Milla’s Newborn Care LLC, regardless of which professional or assistant is performing the service.
Payments are due upfront, according to the agreed schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or per session).
Late payments will incur a 25% late fee for that week and may result in service suspension until full payment is received.
Failure to pay on time may result in immediate termination of the contract, with the full remaining balance due immediately.
Service rates (hourly, daily, weekly, or package-based) will be defined and agreed upon separately. Travel services, if included, may incur additional costs. Payments are to be made by the agreed frequency using accepted payment methods. A late fee will apply if payments are not received within 48 hours of the scheduled due date.
4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Cancellations must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of at least 7 days.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal, medical, and family-related information shared during the service period will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Client.
6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

While every effort is made to provide safe and reliable service, the Provider is not liable for medical issues or emergencies beyond the scope of their training. Liability insurance coverage is available upon request.
7. SAFETY AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to provide a safe and clean environment for the Provider to operate. Any household hazards such as pets or firearms must be disclosed in advance. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary baby-related supplies and equipment unless otherwise arranged.
8. USE OF IMAGE & MEDIA RELEASE (OPTIONAL)
With written permission, the Provider may use photos or videos of the baby or family for promotional purposes on the company’s website or social media. No identifying details will be published. This release, if granted, is valid for a period of 24 months and may be revoked in writing at any time.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter shall proceed to mediation in the state of Florida before any legal action is taken.
